This space exists to map the terroir of the territory through honest pairings. Peppers are the base of Peruvian cuisine. Seasonal cold-water raw seafood has made us famous thanks to ceviches and tiraditos. Low-intervention natural wines from the coastal desert bring European heritage into the mix.

We work with independent chefs and local brands. Every session features a local creator, artist, or designer as a co-host, inviting you to the table to give you a glimpse of Latin bohemian life (and meet new friends).
